These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of akilabs.net and the browser games and web applications made available by Akilabs Co., Ltd. (“AKILABS,” “we,” or “us”). By using the services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
AKILABS provides free browser-based games and apps for entertainment, learning, and general use. The services do not require an account, do not offer payments or real-money functionality, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Permission to use
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the services for lawful purposes. This permission does not give you ownership of any part of the services.

Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. We may suspend or end access to the services for anyone who violates these Terms or where necessary to protect the services or users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be subject to the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
