Terms of use

What the app does

Customers can describe a local problem, compare offers, accept one, and track a job. Providers can set skills and service areas, submit offers, and update assigned jobs. The app offers matching and recordkeeping tools; it does not perform the service or guarantee a match, price, outcome, or Provider verification. A Provider's verification status is shown where available.

Accounts and content

Use accurate account details and keep your credentials private. Submit only content relevant to a problem or job, and only photos and information you have the right to share. Do not use the app to impersonate someone, harass others, or upload harmful content. The Owner and Admins can review or moderate records and deactivate accounts under the app's role controls.

Offers, jobs, and payments

An offer is a Provider's proposed amount, timing, and message. A Customer's acceptance creates a job record and declines competing pending offers. Customer and Provider should agree any practical service details directly. Payment and refund outcomes shown in the app are administrative records of events verified outside the app. The app does not charge a payment method, hold funds, transfer money, or issue a refund.

Safety and disputes

Customers and Providers should use their own judgment when arranging access, confirming a Provider's suitability, and handling urgent or hazardous work. The app has job status, messaging, review, and dispute records to help document activity. A status or review does not independently prove that work or payment occurred.

Changes and questions

The Owner may update this local app and its operating rules. The current terms should be made available before people create accounts, and material changes should be brought to their attention. Send questions through Help & Support.
